Hope is available nationally to mediate almost any type of dispute – from both state and federal civil litigation in any jurisdiction(s) and of any size or complexity, to mediating ongoing issues such as community, employment or customer service disputes. (Hope is also happy to consult on case and jury issues.)
Mediations can be telephonic, conducted over Zoom, or take place in person (or any appropriate combination). Before scheduling a mediation, Hope will talk through the issues and needs of the case and collaboratively arrange the best way to facilitate resolution.
The standard rate is $300/hour, with any travel budget being set and agreed to in advance (where applicable). In order to allow mediation services for “smaller” matters, a discretionary reduction in rate may be provided.
